O-Netrix Solutions Inc. provides local warranty on all O-Net & I-Net branded desktop computer systems & servers sold by our organization. The O-Net/I-Net brand of Computer systems are manufactured to our specification in an ISO:9001:2000 certified facility in Richmond, BC.

3 years parts & 3 years labour warranty:

3-year parts and 3-year labour limited depot warranty on CPU, motherboard, memory, floppy drive, CD-ROM (IDE), video card (except special order), hard drive, internal modem, standard network adapter, sound card, and chassis only.

1-year limited warranty on mouse, keyboard, speakers, DVD, and CD-RW.

Manufacturer's warranty periods for all other items not listed above.

Physical damage or misuse of product will void warranty.

 

 O-Netrix Solutions is an authorized sales and service center for all Seanix branded desktop, server & laptop computer systems. O-Netrix is restricted on these systems to the manufacturers warranty agreements, and can only provide the level of warranty replacement and services that are authorized by Seanix Head Office.

All other products sold by O-Netrix Solutions Inc., are supported by the manufacturers warranty. Any hardware failure on other brand names will require the affected machine to be sent out for warranty, if still within the warranty period.

Outside of the warranty period, our support staff are highly qualifed to repair most but not all of the products we sell, costs incurred will be charged to the client upon completion of work done.
